No matter what the diagnosis is, we will spend time discussing how it impacts your daily living and mental health.

Anticipatory grief refers to the feelings of grief and loss before the loss actually occurs. We will spend time exploring and processing the complex feelings associated with grief at all stages.

Often times the "healthy" siblings are neglected or overlooked. In sessions, we will dive deep into the impact this has on their mental health and well-being.

Family conflict and/or relationship issues can stem from a multitude of reasons such as miscommunication, financial stress, changes in family dynamics, caregiving responsibilities, addiction, and behavioral issues.

Depression can impact the way you think, feel, and behave. In sessions, we will address the various ways depression shows up in your life and uncover new ways of thinking and behaving to alleviate depressive symptoms.

Anxiety often goes hand-in-hand with depression. It can interfere with daily activities and cause intense fear or worry. Treatment is similar to that of depression.

Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged and excessive stress, often related to work or caregiving.

We will explore different avenues for coping, managing stress, and de-stressing.

This can include medical trauma and/or any past trauma. These experiences are apart of who we are, but it does not need to define us. In sessions, will spend time processing these experiences so that you can heal and grow.
